We recommend that all new puppy owners schedule a veterinary examination within 72 hours of receiving their puppy.
If a licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy has a life-threatening health condition that was present prior to transfer, we will work with you to provide a replacement puppy or refund as outlined in our agreement.
Extended Genetic Health Guarantee
Our breeding program carefully selects parent dogs based on health, temperament, and lineage. We offer an extended genetic health guarantee covering serious hereditary conditions for up to one year.
In the rare case that a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a qualifying genetic disorder, we will provide a replacement puppy according to the terms outlined in our adoption agreement.
