1. Introduction & Agreement
Welcome to Cheap Maltipoos For Sale. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, communications, and purchase of puppies. By accessing our site or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to:
- Make a reservation or purchase a puppy
- Submit inquiries through our website
- Enter into a binding contract with us
By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
3. Reservations & Payment Terms
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a specific puppy. This deposit secures the puppy until pickup/delivery and is applied to the total purchase price.
Full Payment: Balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or pickup. Accepted payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Bank Wire Transfer
- PayPal
- Cash (for local pickup only)
Pricing: All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless stated.
4. Health Guarantee Conditions
Our 2-year health guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- Puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival
- Veterinary report must be submitted to us within 5 days
- Puppy must receive all recommended vaccinations and preventative care
- Guarantee does not cover common issues: parasites, minor infections, injuries, or conditions caused by neglect
- Genetic defect claims require diagnosis by two independent veterinarians

5. Delivery & Shipping Terms
Delivery options:
- Local pickup: Available at our El Paso, TX location by appointment. Buyer responsible for pickup within 7 days of health clearance.
- Ground transport: Arranged through licensed carriers. Tracking provided.
- Flight nanny: In-cabin travel with dedicated nanny. Puppy never travels as cargo.
Risk of loss: Risk transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier. We are not liable for delays beyond our control (weather, flight cancellations, etc.).
6. Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the living nature of our puppies, we do not accept returns. However:
- If a qualifying health issue arises within 30 days, we offer replacement puppy of equal value or full refund
- Deposit is non-refundable except in cases where we cannot deliver the reserved puppy
- If you cancel before delivery, deposit is forfeited
7. Website Usage & Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, videos, text, and logos—is our property or used with permission. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission
- Use our images for competing purposes
- Attempt to scrape or data-mine our website
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheap Maltipoos For Sale shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of companionship or emotional distress
- Veterinary costs beyond the terms of our health guarantee
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the puppy.
